Senior Promoter
Senior promoters are expected to promote all events within the business and be the model for all employees to look up to. They will be the best promoters in the team and will progress to event managers in the long term.
They will be responsible for hiring a small group of reps and managing them efficiently to drive ticket sales. The role requires the employees to become the face of the company and maintain a persona in line with the company image.
They will be given a rota at the beginning of each week detailing the shifts / events they will need to work at. Hours will differ depending on time of the year.
Responsibilities + Duties:
– Hire and manage a small team of 5 reps
– Manage ticket sales & collect money from reps
– Actively promote all company events
– Become a face of the company within our customer demographic
– Seek out and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the student demographic
– Work key promotional shifts & event shifts
– Work key promotional activities
Reports To: Sales Director
Line Manager: Senior Event Coordinator
Type of Employment: Part-time
Wage: £8 p/h + Commission
